you are all going to think Im a idiot but i just figured out a trigger- its the camers- in W_i avatar- it was freaking me out to have a camera pointed at me when i read your posts so then i couldnt write because i zoned out and altered. Im glad i figured out so now I know THAT is just how you took a picture of YOURSELF by pointing in a mirror! Dont change it or anything because its always good to learn a trigger. Is anybody else freaked out by a camera pointing at them. It is somehow related to sex abuse but i dont know any more. I think i owed it to you to tell you that ok?

I'm glad you figured out that trigger. I agree, figuring out a trigger has helped me to understand the feelings I'm having and then I can better cope with it. I don't get triggered by cameras though- in answer to your question.

KA, I'm sorry that picture affected you like that. I had gotten ready to go somewhere that day and my hair and makeup looked really good, so I wanted to take a picture while I felt really good, but I was in a hurry, so I took it in the mirror instead of spending so much time to set up the tripod and everything. I never ever considered that someone could be triggered by something like that.

Sorry I took so long to answer you. My son had bowling league this morning and we just got back.
