~When I was 4 years old I watched my biological dad stab my biological mom 16 times. The only reason she survived was because she was pregnant at the time. I deal with the flashbacks of that on a day to day basis. One psych doctor told me that there is no way that I could remember that. I told him how could someone not remember something that tramatic? There are so many things that trigger the flashbacks and because the flashbacks are so strong sometimes I end up dissocciating. I never really talked about this tramatic experience with anyone. I am so afraid to talk about this experience with people because it makes me go backwards instead of forwards in life.
~When I was a baby I was a failure to thrive and I dont know why, but I know I was. I also had carrottine poisioning as a child as well. You get by being only fed carrotts and carrott jucie. So they can posion you I am not exactly sure how but they do.
~Then when I was 12 years old my adoptive dad died from cancer. He was my hero he was the only one who cared about me. My dad did everything he could do to help me get through this life. He loved me so much.

I remember many things from way before I was four. A lot of people can. I'm sorry you have to remember such an awful thing, but I'm also glad that you have the memory of someone who loved you very much. Hold on to that memory of love.
