Thank goodness for strength in numbers in healing. That means we can choose to be around people who help us to realize our worth and to not be ashamed to ask for and demand it if needed.

i had a revelation yesterday, vulgerlove, about this very same thing. it occurred to me that i've been surprised when someone loves me. always.....people, pets, anyone.......pat
