Hello.
I am trying to go back to therapy now for s*xual abuse because it is still obviously affecting my s*x life with my husband. The new counselor I interviewed Sunday said that my aunt taking my temperature in my behind, acting amorous, kissing me wetly, asking me to sleep with her, etc. was not abuse! Also, she did not comment on my situation with my family friend's abuse, either. so I asked her some questions today, like, "Then what do you say abuse IS?" the other thing I am dealing with is trying to cope with flashbacks in bed with Dane, my husband. he is very undersatnding (although sad about not making love). I wish we could make love for me, too. I miss it. But every time we're about to, I freak out again. Sometimes when he comes home right before we go to bed, I am freaking out. Billi

I would definitely interview another counselor. What you went through is abuse. Maybe you and your husband could have a date night with no pressures. Do something that relaxes both of you.
