In my rape case development I am still waiting for the detective to contact me reguarding her picking up the rapist in question... I gave a really good description in turn the crime sketch artist's drawing was great... Then recently i scrolled through the megan's law sex offenders list and low and behold there the perp is!!! The police dept.search with that picture did not hit so when i called det. on my case and told her what i had found the sketch and his photo was a match!!! She was suppose to call me back... With no call back from her i called once and left a message then called again today and her message said she was out of the office until the 20th of this month! with my ADHD (no medication) BPD boarderline personality disorder, and PTSD (no medication) I am fustrated... Whats really funny is i did learn you just have to get on line and do your own investigating to help solve your own crime case and i bet that other victims and their families don't know that!!!

Well this is clearly ridiculous, the police should be doing their job properly. Unfortunately they sometimes don't. Maybe try speaking to a different officer or try putting in a complaint. Has this guy not been arrested? If you have identified him he should have been arrested by now.

Remember you are doing everything you can and you are coping amazingly with what you've had to go through.
