Sorry.
I think I am still in a denial stage. I have lots of people indicating to me that what I went through was abuse but I don't want to - or can't - agree. I'm confused. I still love them, even though I have put up barriers between me and them. I can see how it all happened. But I also feel that I deserved to be treated this way and that what they did was not so bad. But if it wasn't so bad, why am I in such a mess? Caroline |

exactly, if it wasn't then why are you? take it one day at a time, C. don't overdo it... it's a hard enough thing to comprehend in and of itself, don't force it. it will come at it's own time...and that's gonna be quite fast enough for you, i'm sure.
