Oh yes, indeed. I did and sometimes still do. It seems much worse when I hear from others, then for me, it is "just the way it is". I am working on changing that mind set...my T tells me often, "YES!! It was that F*****G BAD!!!"

Without a doubt! It should feel different, because it IS different for every single person - even if they went through the exact same thing.
