My mother is bipolar and is untreated, she refuses to get help or get meds for it, she doesn't even realize how badly it affected us.

When I was 9, my mom would wake me and my brother up in the morning screaming her head off, she'd yell at us for something we didn't even do (half of the time, we didn't even know what she was talking about) she would come into my room and destroy my belongings, she broke many of the things that were precious to me.

After we came home from school, she would come home from work and ignore us, even if I said hi.

She would just go into her room and smoke weed, if we knocked on the door, she would throw a fit about how we invade her space.

Weeks later, she woke me up saying that a friend of my was in the basement.

As I was walking down the stairs, I felt a hand on my back and then a push.

When I reached the bottom of the stairs, she picked me up and threw me on the chair and told me to stop crying

To be continued...

I'm so sorry you had to go through this! No child deserves to be treated like that!
