Keep thinking about my ex and kids. Haven't seen my kids in almost 3-1/2 years. Triggers and I'm anxious about it.

I meant to post in PTSD. I positively clicked on that forum and I just verified that--so how this is in Survivors of Abuse I don't know. Either way, I guess.

Do you want to say more about what is going on? Triggers are absolutely horrible, can you identify what is exactly triggering your right now?
