Did so well yesterday today I am feeling it all over gain is it possible for the memory to actualy be worse than when it happened, i;m starting to believce this an d am terrified I can't lay on the couch or onbed does this hell ever stop.

It perhaps feels worse now because you are connecting to the feelings, maybe for the first time. When someone is abused it is normal to numb out, our mind separates us to protect us. But healing involves re-connecting so that we can experience the feelings and by talking about them and processing them release their power and ensure we don't take it with us into future relationships.

It DOES get better. It may be a slow process, but it is SO worth it because you are worth it.
