this is not summit to be shoved n peoples faces this is about forgiveness. it was just summit my t gave me on forgivenness and she did emphafzie that if your not in aplace to forgive then dont. im not in that place myself but i taut that this might help some one who s in that place. only at the beginning of this process myself so i know its gona sound a bit radical to somed pewople bt i think if well xcan post summit weve learnd from therapy it might help our friends here who cnt afford it

a piece of paper my t gave me

"I forgive you doesnt mean "you won". I forgive you doesnt mean "you get away with something". It simply means i'm free to go back to the light, reclaim my inner peace and stay there".

forgiveness doesnt mean forgiven some1 who hurt you so they can b at peace it means u can forgive why they did it 2 u so u can put behind u all the negative feelings that shud b in the past and look forward to your new life.

its a loing journey ahead of all of us and i wish us all luck

I worked on forgiving my father - I did it for me really and not for him. I didn't want to be angry the rest of my life.
