My son is emotionally, mentally and physically abusive, I'm not sure where I should be posting this I just need some help.

Thank you, he is currently in CPS placement at his choice and has made horrible accusations about anyone who does not let him do what he wants to the point where noone believes him about anything. All accusations have been unfounded etc. They refuse to get him counseling since he does not want to.

He is 16 and has been there since he was 13 and has failed school each year and refuses to do anything including counseling school etc. and they say he can do what he wants. He is not learning disabled

CPS isn't working with you to address this issue?

No I'm talking about his behavior towards you. Are they working with you on how he treats you? Are they planning on never reuniting you two?
