What's the personality of your pastor like? Does he judge or accept most of time? You could write another short note, expressing your regret for sharing so much, if that's how you really feel. Were the details graphic? Perhaps you could share more on this board, and get it out here, that's what we are here for

No he is very cool, trust him completely, he visited me in the hospital and stayed almost 2 hours, I just told him there were two seperate incidents and the later one triggered memories of the earlier one. I was just scared because he took awhile to write back but he was getting ready to teach a class so he wrote me short note acknowledging me and my feelings and said he will write more later when he gets home in respoinse to what I told him. Its all cool now, and I do talk here quite a lot latelly too and get a tremendous amoutn of support that I greatly appreciate.
