I dont know what to do about this. If anybody knows I need some advice I just feel so naked, i try to wrap a duvet around me but then i start to feel like im being touched. its really annoying.

I guess, normally its like my body is detached from my memorymoy

I can see how that would happen also. Dissociation is like that. You remember both but they are seperate because you had to seperate them to survive the incident.
