i father wood beat me with a belt and was sexual abuse when i was 10 .
i can't seem to be able to stop hurting my breast . i can say no for some time but it wins.

Do you have a therapist that you can talk to about this? If not, then you need to find a theapist that can help you work through this. Always remember that this is not your fault. Sorry that your father hurt you that way.

I agree with Open Eyes. I'm very sorry to here you were so deeply hurt by your father and none of it was your fault. You don't dwserve to be hurt now either. I hope you have a therapist or you can get one. Sending gentle hugs. May angels surround you.
