All the major bad things that happened to me regarding CSA I told T in a giant email. I agree not the best way , but now its out there. And now I feel sick to my stomach, like vomit sick. He is not upset with me, I just feel sick. just need a hug.

((((LolaCabanna)))) - what a brave thing you have done, although I can understand how it may feel a little scary right now - but that will pass. Hugs to you - Soup

Wanted to say that I wrote about part of my abuse in a journal then gave my T a copy of it. Haven't been able to verbalize it yet but at least he knows what he is dealing with and what happened to me....

It helps.

That was a huge step. Writing stuff and getting it out can bring some significant respite from all the pain of the past. I am sure that was a difficult and painful exercise but a real part of the process of healing.

I admire your bravery. As one who is majorly afraid to admit all the bad things that happened, I often try to blot things out of my mind rather than deal with them. Usually I get away with it for awhile and then they get triggered big time.

I am really proud of you and admire your bravery. Just wanted to know that I care

Hugs -- Larissa

Big hugs LOLA! Very brave of you! Be Proud!

What is your T's policy on email? Will you be getting a response back or will he wait until your next appointment to address what your wrote? Some T's (like my current T) doesn't do email - T2. She only responds to email in a session.
