i hate them ,the way they look at me is awful . i think i'm the only one who is bullied in school and that's sucks . they always say terrible things to me like ***** ,***** ,****ed ,dirty .i can't defend myself cause i have low self confidence and i feel like they're right and i deserve the way they treat me .the worst is that they re boys and i can't face them because i'm a girl and what a girl can do ??!!!
i'm so tired of guilt and shame , i did some stupid mistakes and i regret it so bad . i can''t accept the way i've become today .i'm so pathetic, helpless and ashamed .my study doesn't go well my attitude is so strange . iwish i could change what i ruined but i'm so weak . i feel like i'm the responsible for everything happening now . i feel like i let so many people play with me till they distroy me and make me a joke . i don't have anyone who can be by my side and get me through my upside down life .i wanna make up for the people i've hurted and make them happy again but i can't do that by my own .

I wish you could get away from that! Nobody deserves to be treated like that! Any chance you could home school? Or go to an alternative school? Or transfer to a different school? Can you let someone know what's going on and seek some other solution? You shouldn't have to put up with that.

Is there a teacher or counselor that you can reach out to? I hope that you can learn to love and respect yourself. I will support you here.

I know it is hard, but hold your head up high, walk tall, and know you are better than all the crap that they are giving you. If they are physically harming you then definately get an adult involved. Try not to dwell on the unkind words that they say. Im sure you are beautiful and deserve all that the world has to offer. I wish you the best and my prayers are with you.

unfortunately we don't have a counselor in our country like you have and i'd rather not to tell a teacher about it because i feel like it's so difficult cuz i'm not used to tell teachers abt my problems .

I know this doesn't sound like it will work, but when they call you names try smiling like you know something they don't. It will annoy the hell out of them.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this! I was bullied a lot and it was hard because people who don't get bullied don't understand what it's like. It's abuse as far as I'm concerned. When I was 16, I was able to move in with my sister and go to a different high school, and fortunatly, I didn't get a whole lot of bullying there, thank God.

I wish I could give you some wonderful advice, but I'm not sure what to tell you--being that I didn't handle it very well, I think. But I do want to tell you that there are people who know what it's like and you're not alone.
