I just want to say thank you to all the abuse survivors who have helped me start my recovering. Even those who just put in extra support. It means alot to me. And I am here for anyone if they need it. I have no idea where I would be without your support, but I know it wouldnt be good. Thank all of you.

Thanks,
I am recovered according to my T , but I also wonder about it. But I guess I have encountered some of the same things that triggered my PTSD, and yes those things upset me, but it didn't go into PTSD. So according to my T I have worked those issues out and they have less of an effect on me. So it feels really good, like I have a 2nd chance on life. Now I am truely living better than even before the PTSD. Good luck on your journey, you can also PM too, if you need some encouragement! ;-) Thats have the battle right there, BELIEVING you can get better.

Thank you exoticflower, I'm glad you made it through the most of it. I'm still there, I've kinda been stuck for awhile. But I'll be unstuck sooner or later.
Thank you for the hugs lexicon, right back at ya ((((((( survivors ))))))))))

i would just like to say, i am very proud of all of you for surviving such traumatic events, i too, have been abused, sexually, at the age of 10, so i know the difficulties you can face when trying to recover.

i am currently writing a book about my life, and even though i am only 19 years old, i have experienced so many things, that i have more that enough material for it, and one day it will get published. i would like to think of it as an inspirational book, that would help people deal with, and recover from, events that have happened to you and i.

well done to you all who are are so strong, i used to be there, but have lost alot of strength recently, but i am re-building it slowly. it most certainly is a rocky road to recovery.

keep up the fantastic work guys. together we can be strong. stronger than any abuser.

That is so cool that you are writing a book!
It takes courage to relive some of those moments.
You are very brave! ((((((( survivors ))))))))))
