You know I am so tired of feeling this way but yet everytime I get to the point where I am able to trust someone and maybe be able to talk about what happened I freeze, disassociate, numb out......will this ever stop? I have been trying to deal with childhood abuse for ages now but the intense feelings rear their ugly head and I am so afraid of dealing with them!! I have always either drank, did drugs, cut or burn or whatever else I could think of to run from the feelings.... I am tired of it but yet I continue to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
