i just got this link yesterday, and i'm amazed at how wonderfully this blog lays out a recovery plan for trauma of all kinds~! it's written by a PTSD recovery specialist, but i found that the skills are good for any trauma recovery plan~ it's easy to read and fill of beautiful nature pics to rest on, and the skills are basic and well explained.

i hope you find something you can use here, and give it a try~
