I'm sure this should be common sense or something, but it was a huge realization for me last week. I was having some strong body memories that ere really triggering. I managed to sit through them without self harming (what i normal do to get rid of them) and then the actual memories started surfacing. It's always been muddled for me, and i had always focused on the body as separate from the other memories that came up. Last week i finally put it together. I also ended up telling my t details for the first time ever... after that, it's like everything has quieted down, like they were screaming to be heard and now that they have been, they can go back to sleep for a while... It's very weird. In the past when I've talked about specifics of other things, they just kept spilling over and coming up. These ones seem to have been satisfied. It's very weird...
Thanks for this!

Weird but wonder full. Sounds like you have made an important discovery/connection.
