I dont think im ever abused but my stepdad will get creepy. It is just in the way he talks to me. its not all the time but he will tell me that he has messed up thoughts and the worst hes ever said is kinda around the lines of when im 18 we can ****.And hes said he wants to replace my mom with me. its weird because he raised me and we got really close. I felt like he knew/knows me better then anyone else. Theres to many other details to add, but i feel like i led him to thinking its ok to say that kind of stuff, and i dont know what i should do.

Personally I think it's wrong of him to talk like that. You're under 18, so him telling you anything sexual like that, I think, is harassment.
When someone in his position (step dad, dad, uncle, anything like that) says they want to replace their spouse with you, a child/teenager, is a warning sign. I think it's wrong to tell someone that, and I don't think that you led him to believe it was okay to talk like that to you. It's not your fault he is talking like that with you, it's his for saying it. Trust your gut feelings- feeling weird and creeped out may be your instincts telling you something important. You didn't do anything to cause this. Wrong, just wrong.

This is incredibly wrong of him. Honestly, if you are close with your mom... it might be a good idea to tell her about this behaviour from your stepdad.
