When you are alone, and can not have contact out session with T at all, journaled already, what do you do? Dealing with CSA flashbacks, fear that he's coming back, logically know he isn't but you know. Obsessively looking for obituaries and getting more anxious when I realize he' alive.

Hi
I ring the crisis telephone line which greatly helps 'centre' me again. It is free in my country and 24 hours, such a great resource. I hope it is in your country too. |

I go for a walk, distract myself, call a friend and chat, try to do something to take my mind off of what I am thinking and feeling.

I get busy in some way to take my mind off things, Daeva.
Exercising, cleaning, baking, on the computer (in some totally separate arena), calling the support line: just some way to get my mind off the road that it's on in a healthy way. Whatever works for you, works! ![]() Just keep on trying. You are not alone! ![]()
