I didnt do anything he said i did
we were out drinking and we played pool with two random guys at the bar across the street, we ended up bringing them back the apartment for beers. long story short. he started getting mad . because i was flirting, or they were. and the guys were hitting on me. I had a bit of a buzz and I didn't want to fight. I was scared that they were going to leave, and he would hit me, and freak out (he's done it twice before) i never called the cops, and I don't have any evidence. besides telling my ex/counselor after it happened over fb. he is playing the victim is trying to say I'm the abuser. I never touched him. I simply tried to get away from him. one of the guys attacked him. cut open his face, smashed the tv. blood was everywhere. i tried to comfort him but he told me to get away from him, and started screaming at me. The whole reason he got attacked was because he came after me with a baseball bat when I tried to leave. I didn't know he was behind me. but he seen him. I obviously didnt want to stay there until the cops showed up because I was scared of him hurting me. We went to tim hortons drove past the apartment there was crime tape, and everything. After tim hortons he dropped me off,The cops didn't want to hear my side of the story , arrested me, and I was taken to jail. they released me but I have to go to court. Im worried because he called the police. they won't believe me. i need help.

I would suggest you get an attorney if you don't already have one. And I hope you got the names and phone numbers of the other two men that were there. Your lawyer will need to talk to them. I have to admit that it does kind of look bad and you weren't to one to call the police, but that is why you need a lawyer. Good luck.

Glad that A-hole is your exbf. I see you're in Canada so you have right to legal council for free and don't let anyone tell you different. This has to be sorted out with a lawyer.

Take care
