Im so scared....
oh dear God........ People in the movies make facing your demons look easy and heroic how can i face my demons when i am not worthy like the rest of you strong souls it feels as if my demons will never die...so many..... God Bless you all.. Thank you for putting up with this weak stranger im getting there

When I joined PC I was pretty much at the end of my rope... I also thought that I would never ever be able to gain strenght like these people... I felt so ashamed of my weakness and felt so powerless... I didn't really have much to give and it all just seemed futile...
Now... a few months down the line, my picture looks very different. I still struggle with a lot of stuff, but I have started to "struggle" and not just lie in a corner and let it beat me up... I have slowly become more and more independent and I feel stronger and more capable than at first. You WILL get better... believe it, see it, chase it. I know you can't see it now, but look back on this in a few months and you will realize how much you have gained here. I'm always here if you need someone for anything...

One step at a time. JUst keep trucking. I forget at times but sometimes just have to pretend I am in four wheel drive.Something I used to do was wear a medallion and I liked to pretend it was my badge of courage like armour for the times I was scared and it acually seemed to help.
