I mean I am pretty sure I just dont know what it means or how to fix it in my head can someone else help me out

Hi Samantha,

There is no need to apologise for this...

Self-diagnosis is not always reliable. Are you seeing a counsellor/therapist? They might be able to confirm the 'diagnosis' and help out with the issues in question.
