What ever the problem I beat myself up inside. It feels terrible and really causes pain inside my head and body. I had been abused when I was young and now I habitually abuse myself regardless of where the probem lies. I think I need to share this as I am trying to counsel with a new person. It hurts. Right now there are a lot of hurtful happenings so this form of self punishment is worse. Hard to believe it is habit forming.

Please don't beat yourself up. Try and be nice to you! Sometimes I know we are our own worst enemy. But we deserve better. Keep up the counseling if you can, it can take a while. I wish you the best. And try and find a better kinder habit!

I can't believe I am still struggling. I can't believe the level of pain and anger. I hope my time with the counselor I am working with will be helpful tomorrow. I hope I can get some relief.
