Trigger warning!!

So all this talk on the Bill Crosby story has put a lot in the news. One article I read felt like it smacked me in the face. They were discussing rape, and gave a definition that included oral, digital and other objects.
I've never thought of my csa as including rape, but as csa. Reading this definition made me feel light headed, heart racing and sick!
I'm still left spinning. I should tell T right? I don't know how to even get that out! Far out I'm just lost..
