I'm trying to figure this out for me. And I'm 19 so I was looking other people's opinions on what "stable" means to them. Thank you

Stable means to me I am not too much caught in my thinking mind or worry mind and not swept away in my emotions either.

It is like grounded and not ready to fall over or fall apart.

What does stable mean to you?
