I have so much trouble with my husband and other family members. Honestly I think it is still related to child hood abuse. I have so many negative feelings about men. Thank you dear ole Dad. I fear a lot of things have added to that like first husband and other relationships. Hard to get positives in the face of all the abuses.

I feel like a collection of difficult experiences even though I have had good experiences too.

It's hard trying to cope without reacting to things, isn't it. It sounds as if you are having one of those times when everything seems to be conspiring to go wrong and make things difficult. At times like that I find it hard to see anything other than the bad stuff.

You are more than your experiences, of course...

A rough day today. Trying to get back on the right pathway but bump into trouble and hurt more. Hopefully, I will feel better.

I've had times like that, though thank goodness it's a bit better at the moment. ((Pianogirl))

Sorry things are so tough for you at the moment. Like others have said on here, it comes in waves - just try and trust that it will dwindle again in a while. It's so hard to hang on when you're feeling bruised and sad, but keep going. You can do it, Pianogirl.

Thank you that is such a nice answer. I felt better today but really need to work at just being okay. I get a little scared and my thoughts tumble and it can be hard to calm my inner self down.
