Inside over pitful things. This has gotten very habitual. Really having trouble stopping. Distraction helps. What else helps? I have tried writing and that can help but I am so entangled. Counselor appointment Wednesday may be a help but don't want to suffer so much right now.

(((PianogirlPlays))), being mindful of your thoughts and capturing them throughout the day may help. You have to discipline them (thoughts) like you do a child. When the thought comes, stop it in it's tracks, and say to yourself, nope, I'm not going to let you take me there (worry), and focus your thoughts on something more appealing to you. You may have to do it a hundred times throughout the day but like you said, it's a habit. You can break it, if you break into the thoughts and stop them, and make that your new habit. Retrain your brain. Best wishes!!!
