Hey All

As a survivor of sexual abuse, I want to share with you a resource that has helped me in recovery and healing!

Voice Today. You can learn about all voice today has to offer at voicetoday.org

They also have 2 Retreats coming up... where they host workshops, encouraging activities, and much more to lead people towards healing and hope.

1. Voice is Peace Retreat- 18 and up
2. Voice is Power Retreat- 13-18

Learn more @ Workshops/Retreats - Healing - Voice Today

Just scroll towards the middle of the page to learn more.

I want you to know that there's hope even after your worst day.
I want you to know that you are lovable and worthy of love.
I want you to know that you are not dirty and you have no reason to walk in shame.
Hold your head high.
If you are still standing, that means there's something indestructible about you.
If you are still breathing, that means you have a purpose.
Your pain will not last forever.
I put my faith in God and Christ and I hope you put your faith in something as well.
Believe in who you are and never give up!

Jazzy

I checked out the link, and I think it would be fair to mention that the books and classes are biblical/faith based.

You're welcome everyone!

Mimsies- I'm not sure if all of them are. Their might be faith based related things interwoven in a lot of their resources but I think whether or not you share their belief, the resources should still be helpful since they talk about things most survivors can relate to.

I mostly read the founders book and the true story of her abuse...
Such a healing experience! From Sorrows to Sapphires...

I haven't taken any of their classes or workshops so you might be right though. Thanks for checking it out though! I wish you the best of luck in your healing!
