yes, fuzzy, they were very wrong. this was never ever about you. it was always about them being very ****ed up individuals. always remember that. repeat it every day. write it down over and over again. IT IS NOT ABOUT YOU. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!

Hi Fuzzy,

Really pleased for you that you're starting to realise that/feel that more............of course you were probably theoretically very aware of it.........including having plenty of people telling you that but it is very different from really realising/feeling/believing it deep down isn't it?
So, yes, really pleased you're starting to realise it!! Because they WERE wrong, you NEVER deserved it!!

But I know as well that that might bring up some real hard to handle feelings
So while you're trying to work through those, just try to focus as well on how special you were then, how special you are now, how you deserve to be treated, and the people around you who actually do treat you that way including reaching out for support from them (and I hope that includes us!! ).

Because the child is dependent on parents for survival,it is
unthinkable for the child to blame them,so it does the only thing
left to it . . . . . .it blames itself . . . this is true,not an opinion!
Deepest Respect,
