Occasionally I get these flashes of violent anger where I just want to take away everything that he took from me
And I don't know how to deal with it and I'm scared.
Does any of you get this and how do you cope?

As a long time sufferer of Complex PTSD, I totally get what you mean rae.lynn.

I have been working on compartmentalising my feelings and fears for several years...and this I have found is an effective strategy for me.

I also bought myself a supersized sketch book 1metre x 1.2metres...Using crayons, I use this to express my aggression and anger when I feel the need. Everyone is different, but if you are in contact with a good Therapist, they may be able to work with you on developing a way of channelling your anger in a positive way.

Be kind to yourself rae.lynn.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion! I see my therapist tomorrow and I'll talk to her about it
