Everything's too loud, too rough.

I need quiet, peace, safety.

But the world is noisy and abrupt and not gentle.

Anyone else ever feel like this?

feeling like I have no skin feeling like I have no skin

I'm sorry you are feeling overwhelmed right now. I hope you can find that quiet, safe and peaceful place.

Take good care!

omg i feel the exact same way sometimes. I hope you find the peace that you are looking for. Sometimes i will go for a long walk and it helps. or a vigorous run.
