My mother who was neglect and physical abusive towards me to the point of causing me developmental issues and who could have killed me when I was under 8 has suddenly sent me this message after more than two years I cut contact with them. Oh, she also hid the sexual abuse I was suffering from my father.
'Hi. How are you? We are worried about you and miss you, I am thinking on going to visit you soon. Kisses.' I want to clarify they wanted me dead and away of their life since they thought I was making everything up and 'making everyone believes we were horrible parents while the problem is you, not us. You are a liar because you are autistic and you don't realize about it because of it.' My head is going to explode with me I need tu run away or something but calm down me is going to talk with me about the calming down options and to don't believe that **** because not true I don't explode I don't panic

My mother (who was one of my abusers) tried to see me before my baby was born. I put my foot down quickly because I knew I was not going to be able to take care of her drinking and a newborn at the same time. I was right.
It's time to practice boundaries and self-care. |

and won't allow them to get near me.
