I need to talk to someone.
Does anyone here have experience with an introject that tries to control you when you want to do something that it doesn't want you to do? Not really counting on anyone who has this issue reading this or responding. Just hoping there is someone out there to talk to about this but I don't want to write about it here in the open. It's extremely distressing but when I post about it here, no one responds and it then i start feeling like people are viewing my distress as a circus act or something, like i'm a freak. |

I don't think you're a freak but I don't know anything about introjects, sorry.

First off, I don't think you're a freak. Even if people were to think that (I doubt they would on here), screw 'em.
Yeah, I think I also deal with an introject, I think it's mild and I got a handle on it. I mostly got it with my older sister and it was a tough break, to say the least. It's hard to explain and I don't think I'm good at describing it. For all I know, I could be wrong. I'm very ill educated about what's going on inside my head. You can talk to me any time about it.
