i cant remember my abusers names ...in therapy do i have to name him ?
i want to get therapy i dont remember there names and its so long ago will they think am make it up if i cant remember them ...did this really happen

Of course you don't, it's your story tell it your way.
I don't remember much, and I self doubted for so long. But it's surprising what comes to validate you. Get some therapy and start to heal. |
