Why is it the people I love who laugh
Why can't I tell my mother how much I hate her
Why does she still treat me like a kid
Why do I feel like a kid
Why dont I feel like an adult
Why was I born
Why am I here
Why would anyone care
Why am I writing this ********

I don't know what to say to help, but I hear you. I care about you and am so sorry you're hurting.

If you are like me you write because you need to be heard---because you want to heal---because you know you deserve it.

Hang in there--things will get better.

Thankyou all so much. My homework is to try and be more positive, turn negative thoughts around and think about me, I just struggle with it so much, especially with the dreams.

<font color="green">My therapist had me come up with a bunch of affirmations (YUK hated them) and then I had to post them on my mirror and say them aloud at least once a day to begin. As I got to where I could tolerate saying them she had me say them more often until finally I am supposed to say them whenever I say something negetive about me.

I still hate affirmations but they do seem to help. sigh.
