Could I be so messed up and crazy I don't know it and I'm the one who is out of line and causing all these problems and blaming another? Am I so f$%&-$ up I don't deserve any better? I don't deserve respect? Can I possibly be such a head case I don't see that I am bringing this on myself? That I am terrible to others? That I am such a terrible person...ungrateful, disrespectful. Unloving?

No, I don't think so. Have you hard of Gaslighting? It is so common with abusers. They make others feel like they are the crazy ones, the ones that cause all the problems. But it isn't.
There is a different life out there for you to live other than this one. A better one. One that doesn't involve you being hurt and then blamed for it. This isn't all there is.

Someone told you lies about yourself. You are deserving of love and respect, as is every human on the planet.
