hi all,
im not sure what it is but ive been more isolating lately. i feel like there are glass walls all around me. I sit and think of the things that me and my therapist have talked about. I have so much going on. Does this means we are moving too quickly? |

If you feel as though things are moving too fast in therapy then by all means talk to your therapist. Going through tough issues is really hard and really stressful. Some things might be harder to talk about then others and if you feel that you need more time to process things that you and your T do in sessions then say something.
Remember therapy is about you and your time. Jessica You are in this snowglobe. It is encovered in glass and secure. But one day someone comes and shakes the globe and the pieces go flying everywhere. Now they will eventually settle but they won't be the way they were before and they can never be that way again.

estervirtue, these might just be "growing pains".
Hung in there, you are a lot brighter than you think, you'll figure it out. Just hung in there and allow yourself to grow. Lots of love from over here. gab
