Anyone else get embarrassed sharing their sa stories with there counselor?

Ummm yes. Very much so. I don't ever say much beyond "he did sex things."

My T wanted details so he knew what we were dealing with. I had to stop at one point and couldn't go back to it still. I told him we'll try again another time. I constantly think it's something I did wrong, all of it

I did.But I found it much easier to write it all down and read it to my therapist during sessions.And if I couldn't read it I would just hand it to him and let him read it himself.
