I dont remember anything before the age of 7. Is that normal? I know memories fade but I have never remembered anything before 7.

I am not sure there is a "normal" when it comes to this. I tend to think it's very individualized.
For example, I remember lots of vivid details. Some of my siblings recall no details or information about their early years. Some of this may depend upon personality, etc. Some argue that abused children do not recall info/details; yet, I recall them very well. I don't think any blanket statements about abuse and recall are accurate. ![]() WC

There's so much I want to forget and can't. I've asked if there's any way to forget and nobody has a valid answer that works.

I don't know what normal is in regards to memory. I have DID and remember very little of most aspects of childhood but there are some random things that I recall from very young (2 or 3). I have very little memory of being in my childhood home taking part in family life at any age of childhood, but recall non-traumatic sensory impressions of my bedroom.... the light playing through the curtains, the smell of the toy box, the sounds of children playing outside. When people tell me about things that happened in childhood or adolescence (or adulthood, haha) I most often have no memory of them at all.
