Shame on me for having been abused?
Shame on me for trying to speak about some of it? Or shame on them for their relentless abuse, disinterest and multiple violations over many decades  (Not about anyone on pc)

The abusers tell me, they Declare ...
That my Value is Zero They keep telling me... They do not stop... I heard them the first time I wonder why they feel the need to put me down so much? I’m not very smart I suppose.... they all tell me I’m “useless”  and I don’t get it ......   (Not about anyone on pc)
