Everytime i sleep, even if its for an hour, i have horribley vivid dreams of my past. every detail is there. i feel exactly what i felt, i hear everything, i even taste everything. its like these nightmares are devouring me. if im not sleeping, im thinking about the dreams. im becoming obssesed with something i've spent too long trying to forget. i feel like im going crazy, and i have no where to go to get away. all i can do is sit here while my past haunts and feeds on me.

I've been going through the same thing lately. I haven't found anything to keep them away. I've been working on ways to calm myself down after they occur.
