I got to leave the house twice in the last two days, and it was nice. Yesterday I had to do laundry and a very small amount of shopping. Today it was mainly shopping.

I managed to ask if I could buy some Valerian Root to help me sleep, but I plan to use it for anxiety as well. Hopefully this will help since I am in a near constant state of panic, and anything and everything (even something like accidentally dropping a utensil while cooking, or dinner being done three minutes late) causes me to have a panic attack and use my inhaler.

He knows I don't sleep but maybe 3 hours a night, so he agreed. I think I can use this to help with anxiety until I'm able to get out. Once I am out I can see a doctor again.

For now, I will research valerian root and it's dosing for anxiety as well as sleep.

I'm glad you've been able to at least get out a bit. (I don't go out much myself except to walk the dog.) Getting out, even for a short while, must have felt good I would think. I don't know anything about valerian root. So I can't comment on that. But I do hope it helps. Perhaps you'll let us know?

It was good that you could go outside for a little while. I'm sorry that you are struggling right now
