Don't know how to explain any further really. It was like I was just laying in bed on my phone thinking when No dont, Stop popped in my head. It was accompanied by that anxious sort of butterfly sensation in my stomach then it was gone.

I'm not sure, ask a safehouse helpline or psychologist. TRIGGER What happens to me when I get a body memory is I feel a pain in a specific place after getting a funny shaking in my leg and I get flashbacks sometimes too. It's like I had just got hit. For example I was in the middle of a bar fight and I was slammed against the bar in my ribs. I could physically feel that again and my body even moved forward without anything in front of me ten or fifteen years later. TRIGGER

I am not sure, my body memories are often very powerful, for instance we have experienced very severe abuse like
Possible trigger:
and our body memories are often out of the blue pain and physical reactions and everything. They are really, really distressing. It feels like it is actually happening again now.
An anxious feeling in the stomach may be too vague to be labelled as a body memory without substantial other stuff pointing to it. Maybe?
