In 2018 (after I moved on my own fourteen years later today) I visited my mother, aunt, and younger brother at the house mother rented. She was "taking care" of my aunt even though like the rest of the children didn't believe we had other issues that don't meet the eye.

Mother and I got to an argument because she didn't believe anything was wrong even though I had severe double vision and could not walk. At all.

Upstairs as I was crying (hate that) I'm on the floor curled and brother behind me saying "it's okay..."

She came towards me and I flinched back so fast my whole body shook.

I asked him later what would make me have an reaction like that? (I don't remember mother Actually hitting me. Emotional abuse, yes so said years ago but not physical).

He said he didn't want to say because it would make me upset.

Since then I've always wanted to ask him what it was. How can I do that?

He left mother and don't want her visiting her nieces and knowing where they live out of state. My other brother I believe has some form of psychosis over childhood stuff. Me? I wish I knew.

Do you have any ideas of what it could be? I know she yelled a lot when I was a teen. I still have emotional issues but physically I'm fine.

Ask him again. Tell him you are older now and better able to cope with knowing. And you have allies here.

Hope that helps.
