Today in EMDR I had visions of things and I’m not sure they were real. They felt more like visions than memories per se.

Possible trigger:

I was held down blood was coming from my mouth and someone had forced their penis in my mouth.

It came on its on and I didn’t force it but it’s hard to believe my mind didn’t make it up and I had no feelings around it.
