I have been having flashbacks with my eyes closed and they are sexual 99 percent of the time. I’m just not sure they actually happened to me. These are not hallucinations upon falling asleep or waking up. I’m awake just have my eyes closed. Trying to rest but I know for a fact I’m wide awake. I always see them in 3rd person. Like an observer. The other day I had a flashback with my eyes closed of receiving o@@l from what I believe was my dad. Had that gut feeling. Anyway, this time I saw it in 1st person looking down past my stomach to my pri@tes where it was happening through my eyes inside my body. Anyone else experience anything like this?

Trigger Warning......Yes, I've experienced this. But I was having flashbacks of actual SA that I endured in past. What you're experiencing must be really unsettling. I would talk this over with a medical professional. It reminds me of 1 form of my ocd with recurring thoughts of someone physically hurting me. It could be ocd. It could be lots of things. Only a professional would know, for sure. Good luck
